DotA Allstars AI v4b, v4c

This project will take off from the latest AI map released to the public, which is widely known as DotA Allstars v6.12b AI improved by Cloud_str. The AI was taken from earlier map, which is known as DotA Allstars AI v4b improved by Karising.

AI Map Naming: Since Cloud_str has taken DotA Allstars AI v4b and ported it inside DotA Allstars v6.12b map, so I will rename the map to be known as DotA Allstars v6.12b AI v4c. Please take note the AI version as it the indication of the bug fixes and improvements being done. Logically, subsequent releases will be named as AI v4d, AI v4e and so on.

  • Some INSANE mode bugs are fixed.
  • -reverse/-re will not forfeit money if a hero is not choosen for
    opponent.
  • -fountain/-fo is added to order AI teammate to go back to fountain.
  • AI teammate command are shorten-attack/-at, -defend/-de, -roshan/-ro,
    -center/-ce, -top/-to, -bottom/-bo
  • Hero AI are return to earlier version, wont die so easily.
  • AI hero standing in front of throne/tree bug have been fixed.7. Some of the
    single target spell only castable on hero units.
Known Issue
  • Luna Moonfang’s lucent luna and eclipse now only works on hero, please take
    note.


DotA Allstars v6.12b AI.w3x - Map used: DotA Allstars 6.12b by IceFrog

  • You now have control over all of the allied AI heroes.
  • The commands (-bottom, -attack, etc.) have been removed.
  • Names of the AI controlled characters as well as their difficulty now show
    correctly on the final list.

The vision of this project

The vision of this project:
  1. Create an AI for DotA AllStars Custom Map, which will serves as a training ground for players.
  2. Consistent improvements/enhancement to current AI version to emulate Human player as much as possible.
  3. Speed up the development of the AI map and manage AI deployment consistency (manage DotA AI release version number).
